Flasher
Pro is built to program any on-chip or external flash memory in
microcontroller- and micropocessor-based systems. This efficient
programming tool may operate with a controlling host PC or
stand-alone. It is cross-platform, working on Linux, Windows, and macOS.

set it up, then it can be controlled without the use of a PC
